Darkest Hour finally release new song, make me explode with glee
Well, someone must of read my post about early 2011 metal, as previews for what I picked for the good stuff is popping up. Devildriver gave us a taste earlier in the week, and now, Darkest Hour lays down their slab of metal. The new record's called "The Human Romance", and the new song is called "Savor the Kill". The song is streaming over at Noisecreep right now.
After giving it a few spins myself, the first evident thing is that it's slower than most Darkest Hour songs, plus it keeps the same rhythm through the whole song. Coming from a band that generally jumps tempo changes a shit ton of times per song, it was a real surprise. But the melody and catchy lyric hook of the song is what makes it awesome. Looks like we have another winner!
The Human Romance gets flung out like shuriken on February 22..... the same day Bulletstorm and Killzone 3! Now that's some good karma there.
